Viking Limited Lifetime Warranty, including Warpage

Viking and Valhalla cues and shafts are warranted to be free from material and manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the cue, including warpage.  Viking Cue warrants all components provided that your cue is accompanied by a copy of the original sales receipt from an Authorized Viking Dealer.  Normal wear on replaceable parts such as tips, ferrule, finish, wrap and bumper are excluded under this warranty.  Viking Cue does not warrant its cues and shafts against damage caused by third parties.  Viking Cue may void this warranty if there is evidence of abuse or mishandling.  Cues and shafts covered by this warranty will be repaired or replaced with the same model or one of equal value at no charge.  This warranty applies to the original owner and is not transferable.
